Wellington also holds a Master of Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University, which further enhances his expertise in the field.

In addition to his educational background, Wellington has a commendable military service record. He served as a Captain in the US Air Force Reserves from 2003 to 2012, demonstrating his commitment to duty and discipline.

Wellington is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., a prominent organization dedicated to community service and leadership development. He is also proud to be a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, further cementing his dedication to the local community.

As part of our commitment to giving back, we are currently sponsoring Sandalwood High School, supporting the education and development of young minds in our area.
